Indexicate ("we", "us") is currently operated as a sole proprietorship, not a registered company — see About. This page describes exactly what data the site and tools collect, in plain terms, matched to what the code actually does.

What the Free GEO Checker collects

When you submit a URL to the Free GEO Checker or the "scan whole site" feature, that URL is sent to our server, which fetches the public page(s) on your behalf and returns the results to your browser. We do not store the URL you submitted, the HTML we fetched, or the report generated — nothing is written to a database. Once your browser closes or you navigate away, that data is gone on our end. We do not know who ran a check unless you separately contact us.

What the Full Audit request form collects

The audit request form does not submit to a server we control. It opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@indexicate.com. If you send it, the name, email, website URL, package choice, and message you entered arrive in our inbox exactly like any other email — subject to your own email provider's handling, not ours. We keep that email for as long as needed to deliver the audit and respond to you, then delete it on request.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts anywhere on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated first, and a cookie banner will be added if required.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email hello@indexicate.com. Since we don't store checker results and the request form only exists as an email, in most cases there is nothing to delete beyond that email thread, which we will remove on request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, once Indexicate becomes a registered company, or if analytics are added — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
