Terms of Service
These terms cover both the free GEO Checker and the paid Full GEO Audit requested through this form. Indexicate is currently operated as a sole proprietorship, not a registered company — see About.
1. The Free GEO Checker
The checker is provided free, with no signup, as-is. It runs 60 real technical checks against the URL you submit and reports what it finds. It is informational only and does not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
2. The paid Full GEO Audit
When you submit the audit request form, you are sending us an inquiry, not placing a binding order. We'll reply — typically within 48 hours — with a proposal, scope confirmation, and payment instructions. The engagement only begins once both sides agree on scope and payment is received. Typical delivery is 5 business days for a single-site audit and 7 business days for the multi-site package, starting from when payment clears, not from when you submit the form.
3. Payment
Payment is currently arranged manually by email (invoice or payment link sent after scope confirmation) — there is no automated checkout on this site yet. Prices shown on the site ($149 single-site, $349 multi-site, custom quote for larger engagements) are current at time of viewing but are confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.
4. Refund policy
Once a full audit report has been delivered, it is not refundable. This is a manual, labor-intensive service — the deliverable is the report itself, and delivering it completes the engagement.
If you believe the delivered report doesn't match the scope you paid for (missing a check we advertised, wrong site audited, etc.), contact hello@indexicate.com within 7 days of delivery and we will fix the gap or refund the difference. This does not cover dissatisfaction with findings themselves (e.g. "I didn't like what the audit found") — the audit reports what's actually true about your site.
If you cancel before we've started work and before payment clears, no charge applies. If you cancel after payment but before delivery, contact us — reasonable partial refunds are considered case-by-case depending on work already done.
5. Disclaimer
Indexicate improves the technical signals known to affect how AI platforms crawl, parse, and cite websites. We cannot guarantee that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, or any other AI system will mention, recommend, or cite your site — those platforms operate independently, change their behavior without notice, and are outside our control. Any statistic on this site about AI search share or industry trends is presented as general industry context, not a promise about your specific results.
6. Limitation of liability
The free checker and paid audit are provided on an as-is, best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Indexicate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its reports, including decisions made based on a report's findings. Our total liability for any paid engagement is capped at the amount you paid for that engagement.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the business grows — for example, once Indexicate is formally registered as a company, governing law and entity details will be added here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
